Encourage

I have never heard anyone say that they were loved too much, encouraged too much or had too many positive words spoken over them, making their lives more difficult, empty or hard. It is usually the opposite of that.

So as you come in contact with people today give them an encouraging word, a pat on the back or a loving compliment. Too often we feel as though we need to fix each other or correct the wrongs. Most likely the person you come in contact with today already had their fair share of that from others or even themselves.

You never know what it could do for that person. That person can be a friend, family member or even a stranger. (To me strangers are the most exciting people to pop an unexpected compliment to!) It could literally turn their day or even their lives around.

Make that your goal for the day!
